How to use it
Let’s say you’re driving to a client meeting in the morning. You find a great parking spot downtown and as you’re walking to the coffee shop, you notice a familiar building that’s getting some construction done on the roof. Maybe it’s just repairs, or maybe they’re getting ready to sell. You pull out your phone, pull up the Apto Mobile App, and add a task to call the owner of the building to check in.
Later that day, you’re at a building waiting on your client to show up for a property tour. You get a call from a prospect you had emailed earlier in the week, but you couldn’t remember which listing she was inquiring about. You answer and chit chat on speaker while you pull up her contact record in Apto. You see your notes on your last conversation and have answers ready when she starts talking business. No need to defer to later, you’re all set. When you hang up, you’re prompted to log the call, so you add a few notes detailing the conversation.
Your client is running later than expected, so while you’re still sitting in a parking lot waiting, you scan through the details of the property again on your phone. You take a few more photos of the building and upload them to the app, then check your tasks for the rest of the day.
