Start with email integrationSome of the most common questions we get from our customers (and prospective customers) pertain to email integrations. If Apto really centralizes all the information and communication you need to run your brokerage, does it integrate with Gmail? What about Outlook?
The short answers: Yes and yes. And it’s really easy to set up.
We’ve covered the Gmail integration before, so now we’ll focus on Outlook.
The benefits of setting up an Outlook integrationOne of the great things about a CRM is that it lets you do all your work in one place—the platform itself. Make calls and send emails from within Apto to keep all communications in one place for easy reference later.
And when it comes to setting up the Outlook integration, it’s simple.
For example, we had a contact recently ask: Does Apto sync events with my Outlook calendar? Again, the answer is yes. Here’s what the screenshot looks like:
To sync with tasks, all you have to do is check “Tasks” under “Sync Settings.”
