Who is the Apto Solutions Team and what is their role? We thought it would be best for them to tell you themselves! Joey, the Solutions Team Manager, explains:

Joey - Joey is the Solutions Team Manager. He always makes us laugh here in the office, but he's super serious about helping our customers maximize Apto's capabilities. Joey has several years of experience in both IT support and development. He is an Apto guru and enjoys helping customers solve problems.
Favorite thing about working at Apto: Apto is great! The co-workers, the customers, the fun and interesting projects; everyday is a new adventure. If I had to pick one thing, as my favorite, it would have to be… nope can’t do it - Apto is the BEST!
Favorite vacation spot: I have great memories of Disney, Colorado, Europe, and a few secluded spots here in the woods of Texas, but my favorite vacations are the no stress stay-cations where I just hang around the home area and relax.
Meagan - Meagan is in charge of customer training. She's passionate about building close relationships with clients in order to problem solve alongside them to provide an easy, stress free experience for the client. When not on the phone with customers, you can find her leading our live customer training webinars.
Favorite thing about working at Apto: My favorite part about working at Apto is the open collaborative environment. I enjoy working with my teammates at Apto to find new solutions and learn more about the Salesforce platform and Apto.
Favorite vacation spot: Most recently I have enjoyed vacationing in Costa Rica. I've also enjoyed the time I've spent in Europe traveling with family and studying abroad and I'm looking forward to visiting Europe again in about a year.
Mikey - With several years of IT customer support experience under his belt, Mikey was a natural fit for Apto. He impresses us with his superior phone demeanor and also knows his stuff when it comes to software. In addition to helping clients on a daily basis, Mikey is our go-to internal "IT guy."
Favorite thing about working at Apto: My favorite part of working at Apto is working with amazing people. Everyone has fun facts, experiences in other fields or platforms, and the passion to want to share it.
Favorite vacation spot: The most magical place on earth, Disney World!
Colleen - The newest member of the Solutions Team, Colleen came to us with a strong background in Salesforce and has learned the Apto platform with wicked speed. She thrives on eliminating inefficiency through the implementation of new processes and technology, both internally and with clients.
Favorite thing about working at Apto: The people! Apto has a great environment for collaboration with every department. Anyone and everyone is willing to jump in and share their knowledge or experience, which is something you don't find at every job anymore.
Favorite vacation spot: Rather than a favorite spot, I have a favorite type of vacation. I love taking trips to new cities with my mom. We enjoy finding the non-standard things to do so we can come back with good stories.
